Bible Reading Plans
The Psalmist in 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path." And Paul exhorts his readers in the Church at Colossae to, "Let the Word of God dwell in you richly." (Colossians 3:16)
As Christians we are to, "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)
You may ask, 'where do I begin?' a good way as a part of studying the bible is to commit to a daily reading plan, whereby we can read the bible in a year. Below we have provided a couple of options which you can download and keep by clicking on the links below. You will see that one of them is called a 'chronological' reading plan. This simply means that the readings are arranged in the timeline in which they happened which is particularly helpful. in it you will see for example, that you will begin in reading Genesis chapters one through eleven, then going into Job and back into Genesis. The readings are arranged so the plan can be completed within a year.
